About the Hosts

R. CHANDIRAN

M.Sc. YT, PG. YTVHS | Personal Trainer

Chandiran is trained in several movements and healing techniques such as Yoga, Kalaripayattu, Varma, Thokkanam, Gymnastics and Contemporary Dance etc.

Current Practice:

Chandiran works as a personal wellness coach as well as rehabilitator for injured patients. Presently, he is focusing on teaching Yoga, Yoga therapy, Kalari-Yoga, Varma Thokkanam, while practicing an integrated approach for pain management and lifestyle disease treatment.

Research:

As a practicing researcher, he has presented a number of papers on Kalari-Yoga, Movement Therapy at the Yoga World Festival and World Yoga Conference organised by Yuvaa Yoga Manthiram Trust.

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy Varma and Herbal Sciences.
  • Yoga (B.Sc.) in Tamilnadu Physical Education and Sports University, Chennai.
