Chandiran is trained in several movements and healing techniques such as Yoga, Kalaripayattu, Varma, Thokkanam, Gymnastics and Contemporary Dance etc.
Current Practice
Chandiran works as a personal wellness coach as well as rehabilitator for injured patients. Presently, he is focusing on teaching Yoga, Yoga therapy, Kalari-Yoga, Varma Thokkanam, while practising an integrated approach for pain management and lifestyle disease treatment.
Research
As a practicing researcher, he has presented a number of papers on Kalari-Yoga, Movement Therapy at the Yoga World Festival and World Yoga Conference organised by Yuvaa Yoga Manthiram Trust.
Chandiran during teen age took a keen interest in learning several integrated movement arts like Kalari, Yoga, gymnastic, Functional, Marathon, Rehabilitation, Contemporary dance & Theatre. Artist Movement Therapy refers to a Board Range of Eastern and Western movement approaches used to promote Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual well-being.
